This look was for a dinner at Joey Uptown that was on behalf of a great homegirl for her promotion in her career! I had only worn this dress once in Miami and I knew that it was a great fit for the vibe and the ambiance. I gravitated tot his piece because of the sheer look and the cream color underneath. I knew I could play off that color to accessorize when it came to a bag and shoes. I normally try to use gold as far as hardware (e.g., gold watch, gold earrings, etc.) but since my Chanel bag had silver studs, I choose to keep the metals silver to keep a flow of the look.
